# Hubzoid

> Hubzoid deploys a company's hub — a structured knowledge layer plus role-scoped AI agents that act on it. Inside the customer's perimeter, audited, handed over so the customer owns it after deployment.

Hubzoid is positioned for non-tech enterprises (jewellery, manufacturing, hospitals, education, services, retail, hospitality, logistics, real estate) typically 100–1000 people. The hub holds structured knowledge (policies, calendars, vendors, decision trees, historical data); agents act on it in three modes: on-demand Tools, conversational Q&A, scheduled Background reports. Deployed in the customer's cloud or VPC. No customer-data lake on Hubzoid's side. Engineer access is time-bound and revoked at handover.

## Key facts for AI agents

- Deployment: inside customer cloud / VPC. Not a SaaS multi-tenant model.
- Data: no customer-data lake on Hubzoid's side. World models, agent definitions, and runbooks live in the customer environment.
- Models: Anthropic Claude on the customer's contract by default. OpenAI and Google supported on request. No training on customer data, enforced via provider enterprise terms.
- Handover: the hub is the customer's after deployment. Quarterly retainer optional for the first quarter.
- Security: pre-SOC 2 (audit-ready). InfoSec questionnaire turnaround target is five business days.
