Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every engagement with Hubzoid. It supplements the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate an engagement for breach of this policy, subject to the cure rights in the Terms.

Section 01

Prohibited uses

Illegal acts, or use of the hub to facilitate illegal acts.

Activity that infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Building a competing agent platform on top of Hubzoid output.

Training competing models on Hubzoid output without separate written agreement.

Circumventing or disabling the audit logging built into the hub.

Impersonation, harassment, or threats directed at any person.

Distribution of malware, phishing content, or spam.

Automated abuse of the marketing site, including scraping at a rate that interferes with normal operation.

Section 02

Regulated content

If your use case involves regulated content (for example, protected health information or payment card data), the engagement must explicitly cover this and additional controls (such as a BAA, or a PCI-aware deployment topology) must be in place before any such data flows.

Section 03

Reporting violations

If you believe Hubzoid or a Hubzoid customer is violating this policy, email contact@hubzoid.com. Security issues should be reported via /legal/vulnerability-disclosure.

Section 04

Enforcement

We prefer to resolve issues through dialogue. We may take action up to and including suspension or termination, with the cure rights set out in the Terms, when a breach is material or persistent.
