Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hubzoid collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. Hubzoid does not maintain a customer-data lake. World models, agent definitions, and runbooks live in your cloud or VPC.

Section 01

Information we collect

Account information. Name, work email, company, and the context you provide on the contact form when you request a demo.

Engagement information. During a paid engagement, we collect the configuration of your hub, the world models authored together, and the deployment metadata required to operate your hub. This information is held in your cloud, not ours.

Technical information about visits to hubzoid.com. IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and pages visited. Used to keep the site available and free of abuse.

AI processing data. During engagements, your hub processes prompts and produces completions inside your cloud. Hubzoid does not store this content on its own systems.

Section 02

How we use information

To respond to demo requests and operate paid engagements.

To run the marketing site at hubzoid.com.

To detect and prevent abuse of our systems.

To meet legal obligations in jurisdictions where we operate.

Section 03

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with subprocessors only as necessary to provide the service. The current list is published at /legal/subprocessors.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Section 04

Data security

Your hub is deployed inside your cloud or VPC. Hubzoid engineer access is time-bound, customer-approved, and revoked at handover.

Marketing-site data is held by reputable infrastructure providers under industry-standard controls. See /legal/subprocessors for the list.

Section 05

AI data processing and model usage

Your hub routes prompts and completions to the model provider you contract with directly. By default this is Anthropic; OpenAI and Google are supported on request.

Model providers are configured under your enterprise contract with no training on your content.

Hubzoid does not log prompt or completion content on its own systems.

Section 06

Data retention

Demo-request information is retained for as long as it is reasonably needed to evaluate fit, then deleted.

Engagement data lives in your cloud for as long as you keep it. Hubzoid does not retain a copy after handover.

Marketing-site logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Section 07

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email contact@hubzoid.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Section 08

Cookies and tracking technologies

The marketing site uses essential session cookies only. We do not use third-party trackers, fingerprinting, or advertising networks. See /legal/cookies for details.

Section 09

Third-party services

Subprocessors are listed at /legal/subprocessors. We do not embed third-party widgets that read your activity across sites.

Section 10

Children's privacy

Hubzoid is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Section 11

International data transfers

Customer data stays in the cloud region you select for your hub deployment.

For limited cross-border transfers (for example, prospect emails received in our marketing inbox), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

Section 12

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep hubzoid.com usable across pages (for example, to remember preferred theme or font scaling, when applicable). These do not track you across other sites.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, fingerprinting techniques, or advertising networks on this site.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site remains functional with cookies blocked, although certain preferences will not persist between visits.

Section 13

Analytics

Where we measure aggregate site usage, we do so through privacy-preserving analytics that do not identify individual visitors. Confirm the specific analytics provider in use, if any, by emailing privacy@hubzoid.com.

Section 14

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the service evolves. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in writing.
