Subprocessors
This page lists the third parties involved in providing the Hubzoid service. Customer-data plane subprocessors (the cloud provider that hosts your hub, the model provider you contract with) are customer-elected and not listed here. We notify customers in writing when this list changes materially.
Model providers (customer-elected, customer-contracted)
Anthropic. Default. Used for model inference under the customer's enterprise contract. No training on customer content.
OpenAI. Optional. Used for model inference under the customer's enterprise contract on request. No training on customer content.
Google AI. Optional. Used for model inference under the customer's enterprise contract on request. No training on customer content.
Region: customer-elected. Access: customer-controlled.
Hub deployment cloud (customer-elected)
AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. The hub is deployed into the customer's own account. The cloud provider is therefore not a Hubzoid sub-processor in the traditional sense; the customer holds the contract.
Marketing site at hubzoid.com
Netlify. Hosts the static marketing site at hubzoid.com. No customer engagement data is processed on the marketing site.
Resend (or equivalent transactional email provider). Used to deliver and receive demo-request emails. Confirm with us if the specific provider is material to your review.
Internal Hubzoid operations
Email and document collaboration tools used by the Hubzoid team to operate the business. These do not have access to customer engagement data.
Changes
Material changes to this list are notified to active customers in writing. Customers may object on reasonable grounds, in which case we will work in good faith to find a solution.
